Rewilding Heart offers digital (as well as physical) services to English/Swedish-speaking women and men around the world through soulful coaching and deep healing therapy sessions in energy medicine (shamanic healing).  I also tailor my services to women suffering from severe PMS (PMDD).

I am immensely proud to offer you the incredible tools of healing that I have gained through my own healing journey and work with sacred embodiment through shamanism and soul manifestation coaching. In my work I combine these sacred tools to assist you whilst you explore who you are underneath the layers of conditioning, programming, and beliefs. I can support you in reclaiming yourself, your life, and your inherent worth. These are truly amazing tools in your own sacred embodiment process. This can support you in starting to belong to yourself which builds trust in your own inner guidance system and integrity. This means that you will stay with yourself through the lows, the highs, and the in-betweens and will not be likely to compromise your borders and authenticity anymore. You will feel deeply, but you will not be easily hijacked by either thoughts, feelings, or other people’s ideas about you and who or what you should be. This unlocks so much untapped potential within you by enabling the true essence of who you are to expand and take the lead. And this is when miracles happen. Come see for yourself.

Who Can Benefit from my services?

Anyone who is willing to live a life more in alignment with their true self and has an honest willingness to take responsibility for their well-being and spiritual and emotional evolution. The techniques used in session  are adapted and tailored to your circumstances and specific needs.

Is a Digital Session as Powerful as a Physical Session

It may sound strange, but yes, it is. Why? Because the medicine is not dependent on physical touch as the healing medicine does not come from my hands. Whether you are in the room with me or not, I work on an energetic, vibrational level. Fundamentally, the session is a soul-level collab between you and me, and together, we are guided by spirit. Many profound sessions have been completed through both physical meeting sessions as well as long-distance healing sessions. In my experience, physical distance does not matter.
